During his fifteen years of prior investment experience, he served as Chief Fixed Income Strategist of Fifth Third Bank and Chief Investment Officer of Mercantile Bank in Joplin, Missouri. Mr. Atteberry earned a BA in Business Administration from Texas Christian University. |

Dennis M. Bryan, CFA - Partner Mr. Bryan is a portfolio manager and research analyst for FPA Capital Fund and separate accounts in the Small/Mid-Cap Absolute Value style, FPA Crescent Fund in the Contrarian Value style, and FPA Hawkeye Fund, LLC. Before joining the firm in 1993, he was with the Kemper Securities Group as an Investment Analyst. Rikard B. Ekstrand - Partner Mr. Ekstrand is a portfolio manager and research analyst for FPA Capital Fund and separate accounts in the Small/Mid-Cap Absolute Value style, FPA Crescent Fund in the Contrarian Value style, and FPA Hawkeye Fund, LLC. Before joining the firm in early 1999, he served as Global Equity Team Member at Sanford C. Bernstein & Company, Inc. from 1996 to 1998 and Portfolio Manager at Clemente Capital, Inc. from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Ekstrand earned a BS in Chemistry (Summa Cum Laude) at Lamar University, Texas, an MA in Physical Chemistry at the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |

Eric S. Ende - Partner Mr. Ende, who joined the firm in 1984, manages Source Capital, Inc., a closed-end mutual fund; and FPA Perennial Fund and FPA Paramount Fund, open-end mutual funds; and separate accounts in the Small/Mid-Cap Quality Value style. During the previous fifteen years, Mr. Ende was an analyst for The J. Paul Getty Trust, Occidental Petroleum, and the Ford Motor Company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in History (Cum Laude) from Yale College, a master’s degree in Modern History (with honors) from Oxford University, and an MBA from New York University. |

Gregory A. Herr, CFA – Vice President Mr. Herr joined the firm in 2007 as a research analyst for separate accounts and FPA Paramount, FPA Perennial, and Source Capital, all in the Small/Mid-Cap Quality style. He was previously a senior research analyst at Vontobel Asset Management, Inc.; a vice president at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., LLC; and an assistant vice president at Bankers Trust Company. Mr. Herr received a BA in Art History at Colgate University. |

Mark Landecker, CFA – Vice President Mr. Landecker joined the firm in 2009 as a portfolio manager for the FPA Global Opportunity Fund and is also a research analyst for the Contrarian Value style and FPA Hawkeye. Prior to joining FPA, Mr. Landecker served as a portfolio manager at both Kinney Asset Management and Arrow Investments, Inc. He also has experience in corporate finance, consulting, and private equity. Mr. Landecker earned a BBA with Honors from the Schulich School of Business, York University, Toronto, Canada. |

Julian W.H. Mann – Vice President Mr. Mann, who provides analytic support to Robert Rodriguez and Thomas Atteberry for FPA New Income and separate fixed-income accounts, joined FPA in 2004. During his fourteen years of prior investment experience, he served as Managing Director of RMG Partners and Vice President of Direct Capital Securities, both in San Francisco. Mr. Mann received a BSBA (with honors) from the University of Southern California. |

Nico Y. Mizrahi – Vice President Nico Mizrahi joined FPA in 2007 as a Vice President and is a Co-Portfolio Manager for the FPA Multi-Advisor Strategy. Prior to joining FPA, Nico served as an associate of Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., and was instrumental in structuring and subsequently launching Bear Stearns’ first multi-manager Hedge Fund Platform. Prior to the launch, Nico was responsible for serving the Los Angeles office in business development and research as it related to alternative investments. From 2001 to 2005, Nico served as a research analyst with Mosaique Capital Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Bear Stearns, where he was responsible for business development and performed due diligence on over 1,000 hedge fund managers for the LA based fund of hedge funds. Nico is a Series 7 Registered Rep with FINRA. |

Gregory R. Nathan - Vice President Gregory R. Nathan, Vice President and research analyst for the FPA Crescent Fund in the Contrarian Value style and FPA Hawkeye Fund, LLC, originally joined FPA in 2003. Prior to rejoining FPA in 2007, Greg was a managing member of Coldwater Asset Management, LLC, from 2005 to 2006. He was an equity research analyst at Lakeway Capital from 2002 to 2003. John Peetz, CFA – Vice President Mr. Peetz joined the firm in 2007 as a research analyst for FPA Crescent in the Contrarian Value style and FPA Hawkeye Fund, LLC. He was previously an equity research analyst at Kayne Anderson Rudnick Investment Management and at Wells Capital Management. He began his career as an investment associate at Putnam Investments. O'Neil, CFA - Vice President and Head Trader Mr. O’Neil, who joined the firm in 2001, is responsible for managing FPA’s Trading Department and executing securities transactions for all accounts under management. During his twenty-five years of trading experience, Mr. O’Neil was Senior Vice President and Head Trader for Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management Co. and Director and Manager of Equity Trading for ARCO Investment Management Co. Mr. O’Neil received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. |
